What we collect

Your email address, to sign you in and send receipts. Your date of birth, once, to confirm you are 18 or older. The name, photo, decree and link you choose to publish. Your claims, their amounts and their outcomes. Your IP address and browser type with each claim, to prevent fraud.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.

What is public

Your published name, handle, photo, decree, link, seat and reign times are public on the site and in the archive. Your email and date of birth are never public.

Who processes it

Supabase (database and sign-in, hosted in Montreal), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Anthropic and Sightengine (automatic moderation of text and photos), and Resend (email). Some of them process data outside Quebec, under contracts that protect it.

Emails

We send receipts and sign-in codes. News from the court and dethrone alerts are sent only if you opt in, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw a consent, by writing to the privacy officer below. Reigns already in the archive can be anonymised on request.

We keep payment records as long as tax law requires, and the rest only as long as your account exists.
